i didnt have a decent spare turbo so i bought a 200sx manifold and tigged up vauxhall flanges to it i then got it over to my mate deans house who is a top welder, this is when it really got under way first off we made up some mounts to clear the turbo as the manta ones fouled rubbers were from car builder solutions. so thats it mounted. we wanted it as far back as possible so we also cut the head by the dizzy mount to get it back as far as poss

we then looked at the brakes. i wanted to keep a servo but the std one fouled the inlet. i tried extending it out like on mk1/2 escorts but it looked untidy. dean suggested a corsa setup, so... we cut a hole in the kadett to get the pedals the same height we lifted the height of the servo rather than cutting and welding the pedal we also reinforced the panel with thick gauge the top piece was a sandwich piece from the corsa cut down and with the servo in place

yeah i like that. My mate was saying it may be worth me getting the paint soon even if im not painting it yet as they are phasing out the 2k for water based so need to make a decision soon. Alymac, what was the crack with the ppc feature, did will want to do a group one or just mine? Just wondered if iv missed the boat, iv emailed him just waiting for a reply. The other day was the first time iv been on migweb in months so only just seen your message and the link to this forum
