where should the chassis number be on my '77 coupe? apart from the rivet on plate on the front panel.

its on the drivers side under the floor mat between the brackets
where the seat bolts to the floor!

you can also check with your vin plate that alls correct, you vin plate for a coupe should start with 32 than next digit will be your year build 7 for 77, then the rest unique number for you car.

ok, mines not there.  its had a bit of welding there. where the seat mount was. its had the original seat mounts cut off and astra gte recaro subframes modified to bolt to the floor. |
